This is a pilot-operated standard balanced, spool-type, proportional reducing/relieving valve. It is intended for use as a pressure control device, increasing the current supplied to the coil will proportionally increase the pressure setting. It reduces a high primary pressure at the port 2 to a constant reduced pressure at port 3, with a relief function from port 3 to port 2. Once a sufficient pressure is applied at port 3 exceeds the regulated pressure set by the input electrical current, flow from port 3 is relieved to tank via port 4 (tank).

  • The maximum control flow pilot flow is approximately 1500 cc/min at 200 bar.
  • Reseat pressure exceeds 85% of cracking pressure.
  • Back pressure at port 4 is directly added to the valve setting at a 1:1 ratio.
  • Dither frequency should be adjustable between 80-300 Hz (recommended frequency: 85 Hz).
  • There is a filter installed at port 2
