Three Years Warranty

  • Winner Hydraulics warrants that all its valves are free from defects in material and workmanship when installed and operated under normal conditions and in accordance with accepted Winner Hydraulics and industry recommended practices for a period of three years warranty from the manufacturing date marked on the valves.
  • O-rings and Seals are excluded from the warranty.
  • This warranty is only applicable to original purchaser of the valves and is not transferable.
  • This warranty will not apply to products that have been subjected to condition of contamination in hydraulic circuit, or to improper installation, fitted, used or which have been modified, repaired outside Winner Hydraulics factory. Any defect has been analyzed and after determination that the defect is attributable to the vendor’s fault, the customer shall notify the alleged defects by a detailed report. Winner Hydraulics will replace or correct the valve within a reasonable time and inform the cause of defect. Our liability being limited to value of this valve solder obligation to replace the damage part.

※Note: If any Winner Hydraulics’ defect valve, Winner Hydraulics shall be discussed and agreed between Winner Hydraulics and the customer prior to the start of any action or return shipment. The customer shall notify Winner Hydraulics immediately. Winner Hydraulics will analyze and solve the problem together with the customer.
