This is a pilot-operated, spool-type, 3-way 2-position, normally closed directional valve with a drain port (port 4). It blocks all ports with a spring-biased spool. The spool will shift when pilot at port 1 with sufficient pressure to overcome the spring bias, allowing flow between port 3 and port 2.
- The maximum pressure at port 3 is recommended to be limited to 210 bar (3000 psi). For any technical questions, please feel free to consult the Winner sales department.
- The pressure at port 4 is directly added to the valve setting.
- When the pressure at port 1 exceeds the set pressure, a control-piloted flow (0.16 – 0.25 L/min) occurs.
- Spool valves will have normal leakage due to spool clearance.
- Working parts are heat-treated and high-precision ground to increase hardness for long life.
