This is a direct-operated, fully adjustable needle flow control valve. This valve maintains a constant flow from port 1 to port 2 or from port 2 to port 1 based on the adjustment setting. It is not pressure-compensated.

The rated flow is a reference value, actual flow depends on the pressure drop.
