Fully balanced, load control valve, vented without internal pilot function is a pressure control component to control load. When pressure at port 2 rises over the check cracking pressure, load control valve will allow free flow from port 2 to port 1. Because of the balanced poppet design, the load control valve will not be open by load induced pressure. Pilot pressure at port 3 reduces the pressure setting by pilot ratio of load control valve and when it is fully opened, the pressure is relieved from port 1 to port 2.
