A proportional amplifier PCB-2600C is a device that converts an input signal into a corresponding control current, it is used for proportional solenoid valve. The voltage range widely from 10 to 35 V DC. The amplifier can be used in both mobile and stationary system. If adjustable differ frequency in not necessary, we also offer a type PCB-2600 with three differ frequency options, 85, 140, or 300 Hz.

  • Do not remove the amplifier from the coil while the power is on. Doing so may damage the internal circuits of the amplifier, resulting in a loss of output to the coil.
  • Adjusting RAMP after setting I max. may cause I max. to increase or decrease unexpectedly. We recommend adjusting RAMP before setting I max.
  • RAMP (Set On): This adjusts the ramp-up and ramp-down times. To increase ramping times, turn the potentiometers clockwise; to decrease ramping times, turn the potentiometers counterclockwise.
  • RAMP (Set Off): The ramp-up and ramp-down times are set to 0 seconds for fast response.
  • I max./ I min.: Multi-turn potentiometers are available for adjusting the minimum and maximum current settings, as well as ramp times.
  • Frequency Adjustment: The dither frequency can be adjusted between 40 and 300 Hz. For other frequency requirements, please contact the Winner sales department.
  • The standard dither frequency is set to approximately 55 Hz. Turn the potentiometer one turn clockwise to reach approximately 90 Hz, three turns to reach approximately 150 Hz, and ten turns to reach approximately 300 Hz.
  • To reset the frequency to the factory setting (approximately 55 Hz), turn the potentiometer counterclockwise until it clicks, then turn it three turns clockwise.
  • Proportional valves may require different parameter settings for various pressure, flow, and directional control needs. If you have any technical questions, please feel free to contact Winner's sales department. We can provide factory settings tailored to customer requirements.
