Fatigue and Burst Pressure Test Standard
Winner’s products pressure rating tested to the standards of the NFPA specification T2.6.1 and are tested at a verification level of 90% and an assurance level of 90%.
The life of products is tested at least 1 million cycles based on the 350 bar (5000 psi) rated pressure. At 420 bar (6000 psi) (10%) for 100 thousand and 350 bar (5000 psi) (90%) for 900 thousand cycles.

CTP= cyclic test pressure
T1= Pressure pulse duration (T1 must be controlled to 100 ± 10 milliseconds, use the intersection of the pressure rise and decay curves at the 95% CTP level to determine the boundaries of T1)
T2= dwell time (T2 ≥ 90% of T1)
