This is a direct-operated, spool type, vented, fixed orifice, bypass/ restrictive, pressure compensated priority flow control valve. Regardless of system pressure or load, the valve maintains a constant flow from port 1 to port 3. Input flow supplied to port 1 in excess of the priority output at port 3 is bypassed to port 2. The regulated flow increases with clockwise rotation of the adjusting screw. Flow from port 3 to port 1 is limited by the diameter of the control orifice and is not pressure compensated. A vent port (port 4) allows these valves to be controlled remotely.

  • Pressure at the bypass port (port 2) may exceed the pressure at the priority port (port 3).
  • Both the priority and bypass flows are usable up to the system's operating pressure.
  • Bypass flow is not available until the priority flow requirements are met.
  • If a momentary impact pressure is required for the application, please contact the Winner sales department.
  • Blocking priority flow will also block bypass flow.
  • If pressure is applied at the vented port, it can control the pressure setting at the priority port. When the pressure at the bypass port exceeds the pressure control setting, the priority port shuts off, and all flow will go to the bypass port.
  • Before the priority port is satisfied by the flow, the bypass remains shut off unless the vented port is connected to the tank. When the vented port is connected to the tank, all flow will go to the bypass port if the inlet pressure exceeds 10.5 bar (160 psi).
  • Flow setting (configuration Y) must be specified when ordering
  • Factory-set flow ratings are within ±10% of the requested setting.
  • If specific flow accuracy is needed, please contact Winner’s sales department.
  • Working parts are heat-treated and high-precision ground to increase hardness for long life and essentially zero leakage.
  • A variety of seal kit materials for different applications, see seals information under Technical Reference.
  • Winner's cartridges pressure rating tested to the standard of the NFPA specification T2.6.1 and the fatigue rating's assurance and verification level is "90/90".
  • WINNERcoat® Zinc-Nickel Plating is salt spray tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227 for up to 1000 hours.
  • Winner guarantees that all products performance a 100% functional test before shipment.
