This is a pilot-operated, spool-type, 4-way 2-position, detented pilot-to-shift directional valve. It allows flow from P to A and from B to T with a spring-biased spool. When the pilot pressure at port 5 rises and overcomes the spring bias against the spool, the valve shifts to allow flow from P to B and from A to T.

  • The minimum pilot pressure required to shift valve is 9 bar (130 psi).
  • Spool valves will have normal leakage due to spool clearance. 
  • All ports will accept 350 bar (5000 psi).
  • Backpressure at port 6 is directly against pilot pressure at port 5.
  • Working parts are heat-treated and high-precision ground to increase hardness for long life.
