This is a direct-operated, poppet type, fixed-orifice, non-compensated flow control valve with reverse flow check. Regardless of pressure changes, the valve maintains a constant output flow. Free flow is allowed from port 1 to port 2, regardless of valve adjustment, by when pressure overcomes the spring bias of the valve check function.
