This is a direct-operated, spool-type, normally open, electro-proportional, bypass/restrictive flow control valve designed to maintain the speed of a consumer independent of the load and prevent overheating of the hydraulic system. The power-controlled, proportional solenoid operates directly on the throttle spool, with flow proportional to the current applied to the solenoid. It controls flow to the priority port (port 3), with excess input flow bypassed to port 2. Once the bypass port is blocked, it functions as a two-port (port 2 is not used), electro-proportional, pressure-compensated flow control valve, regulate the flow from port 1 to port 3. Flow from port 3 is proportional to current applied to the solenoid. Note: When used as a bypass flow control in applications where the priority flow port will be blocked by external valving, bypass pressure drop will increase unless a small amount of leakage is provided for the priority port.

  • Note: When used as a bypass flow control valve, and the priority port (port 3) is blocked by an external valve, it will result in port 2 being closed. Please ensure port 3 allows flow.
  • If you require a higher maximum operating pressure or additional flow options, please contact the Winner sales department.
  • Note: Coil must be ordered separately. Use 12V DC or 24V DC (Series EC-23C) coils only.
  • Continuous-duty rated coil.
  • Efficient wet-armature construction.
  • Working parts are heat-treated and high-precision ground to increase hardness for long life.
  • A variety of seal kit materials for different applications, see seals information under Technical Reference.
  • Winner's cartridges pressure rating tested to the standard of the NFPA specification T2.6.1 and the fatigue rating's assurance and verification level is "90/90".
  • WINNERcoat® Zinc-Nickel Plating is salt spray tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227 for up to 1000 hours.
