This is a direct-acting, spool-type, electro-proportional reducing/relieving valve with improved dynamic response and low leakage. The valve reduces high primary pressure at the inlet to a constant reduced pressure at port 1, while allowing full flow relief from port 1 to the tank at port 3. When operating in reducing mode, the valve allows flow from port 2 to port 1 at a specified pressure setting. By increasing the coil current, the reduced pressure at port 1 can be proportionally decreased. If the pressure at port 1 exceeds the coil-induced setting, the valve will relieve the pressure to port 3. During the transition between reducing and relieving, the valve closes to minimize oil consumption.

  • US patent US9234605.
  • This valve is direct-acting with an essentially zero-leakage design, making it suitable for brake circuit applications.
  • If you would like to adjust the pressure by your selves, any technical questions, please feel free to consult with Winner sales department.
  • When the inlet pressure reaches 210 - 350 bar (3000 - 5000 psi), it is recommended to maintain a minimum reduced pressure of 30 bar (450 psi) at port 1 for optimal control.
  • The maximum valve leakage is approximately 20 cc/min. Leakage specified is out of port 3 with a supply pressure of 210 bar (3000 psi) and the valve set at mid-range.
  • Working parts are heat-treated and high-precision ground to increase hardness for long life.
  • A variety of seal kit materials for different applications, see seals information under Technical Reference.
  • Winner's cartridges pressure rating tested to the standard of the NFPA specification T2.6.1 and the fatigue rating's assurance and verification level is "90/90".
  • WINNERcoat® Zinc-Nickel Plating is salt spray tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9227 for up to 1000 hours.
  • Winner guarantees that all products performance a 100% functional test before shipment.
  • When the reducing port (port 1) is closed, and the pressure setting is 80 bar, the inlet port (port 2) should add 10 bar, making the pressure setting 80+10=90 bar.
