Assembling valves in ductile manifolds
There is friction between seals and manifold during assembling valves in ductile manifolds. Winner recommends to apply a light coat of grease to the external seals of valves before assembling. That will make the seals smoothly to the right position.

Disassembling valves from ductile manifolds
The cavity of manifolds may grab seals when disassembling valves from ductile manifolds. This situation will cause damage on external seals of valves. The reasons caused by the tolerance stack-up between valves and manifold, difference of surface treatment or internal potential pressure. In our experience, it does not always happen. Please note the seals without any damage after disassembling.

Recommendations:
