This is pilot-to-closed, balanced poppet, normally open logic element valve primarily used for bidirectional flow switching applications. When pilot pressure is applied at port 3, the valve closes, blocking flow between port 1 and port 2. External pressure adds directly to the valve reseat pressure at a 1:1 ratio.
- We recommend using a pilot pressure above 20 bar (300 psi) at port 3 when ports 1 and 2 are at 350 bar (5000 psi). This ensures quick shifting across various pressure and flow conditions.
- If you have any question about using condition of shifting pressure and circuit, please consult with the Winner sales department.
- The maximum leakage is approximately 0.7 cc/min at 70 bar (1000 psi).
- All ports can withstand up to 350 bar (5000 psi).
- Approximately 1 drop (0.07 cc) of fluid will pass from the pilot area to the vented spring chamber every 4000 cycles.
- Working parts are heat-treated and high-precision ground to increase hardness for long life.
